We are all the same in our fears and suffering, in wanting happiness without struggle. How do we find the strength to move forward in the midst of chaos and upheaval? How do we find hope when things fall apart? How do we trust and surrender when life’s joys seem to abandon us?
Through the stirring photography of Sylvia Neupane, co-owner of Lemongrass Montclair, meet 12 women from Nepal. Sylvia’s images offer a window into life after the 2015 earthquake in Nepal, and tell stories of hope, gratitude, trust, surrender, and the capacity of these women to stay present in the face of struggle, to move as gracefully as possible on their journey to find peace and freedom from within. It is Sylvia’s hope that her photographs and the stories of these 12 women will transform you. To learn more about the exhibit, go here.
